Why this book was written.

Throughout my entire journey, I searched for a book that would connect all the pieces of the puzzle.

A book that explains scientific findings in an understandable way.

A book that offers practical exercises for everyday life.

A book that reveals holistic possibilities without making unrealistic promises.

A book that inspires courage instead of amplifying fear.

I didn't find it.

So I began to write it myself.

Not as a therapist. Not as someone who claims to know the only right way.

But as someone who has spent many years searching, trying things out, questioning, and learning.

This book is not meant to tell a story of suffering.

It is meant to show possibilities.

Because I believe that everyone can find their own path back to more peace, security, and trust.

Who am I today?

I am a registered nurse and have worked in healthcare for over sixteen years – including in management positions.

Over time, I have continuously pursued further education, including in occupational health management and,

after emigrating to Canada, in the areas of naturopathy, hygiene, and mental health first aid.

But at least as important as any formal training are the experiences I have gained along the way.

They remind me every day that behind every diagnosis is a person.

Tiny & the Compass.

Tiny was created during the development of NoPanicCoach.

I was looking for a character who doesn't represent me, but rather every person who sets out on a journey.

Tiny can be anyone.

He knows fear.

He knows uncertainty.

But Tiny doesn't stop there.

He keeps going.

Step by step.

The compass accompanies him.

It reminds us not to lose sight of our own course – even when the path becomes rocky.

What NoPanicCoach stands for.

NoPanicCoach doesn't stand for one right way.

Every person is unique.

Every story is different.

And that's why every path can look different.

I don't want to compare myself to other coaches.

Everyone does valuable work in their own way.

For me, it's not about competition, but about giving people as many helpful options as possible,

so they can find their own way.

There are moments in life that change everything. For me, this journey began shortly after the birth of my daughter.

What started as occasional panic attacks developed over the years into an ever-increasing burden.

Countless appointments with cardiologists, neurologists, and many other specialists followed. Sleep disorders, burnout,

vague physical complaints, severe bowel problems, and steadily increasing exhaustion were added to the mix.

About ten years ago, I finally experienced my first severe panic attack behind the wheel of my car.

From that moment on, anxiety increasingly dominated my daily life. My world shrank – until eventually, almost all that remained was the

commute to and from work.

Today I know: My nervous system was completely overloaded.

Why did I found NoPanicCoach?

The way out of fear leads

back to yourself.

NoPanicCoach is far more than a book or a brand.

It's the result of a long journey—with highs and lows, many questions, and even more insights.

And it's an invitation.

An invitation to discover new perspectives, to walk your own path with curiosity instead of fear, and to reconnect with your own strength, step by step.

If Tiny can take the first step, then you can too.

What is important to me?

What is important to me?

In search of answers.

In search of answers.

In search of answers.

What burdened me most during this time was not just the anxiety itself, but the fact that I found hardly any real answers.

Everyone only considered a small part of the whole picture. The physical symptoms were treated separately from the psychological distress.

Alternative approaches and scientific findings rarely seemed to be connected.

I read books, visited specialists, spoke with therapists, and finally began to search for connections myself, delving ever deeper.

Yoga, a conscious diet, holistic medicine, and new ways of thinking gradually opened up a completely different perspective for me.

The guidance of a holistic psychologist was particularly formative; she showed me that healing often begins

where we are ready to embark on new paths.

One of the most important decisions of my life was later emigrating to Canada—a new beginning

that gave me the necessary distance from an environment that had increasingly exhausted me over many years.

I believe in honesty.

In kindness.

In compassion.

In respect.

And in the fact that small steps often bring about the biggest changes.

I love nature, forests, mountains, lakes, and waterfalls. I enjoy spending time in my garden, observing animals and wildlife,

I am passionate about cooking, and I find joy in being creative and developing new ideas. I am convinced that there is almost always a solution –

sometimes it's unconventional, but it should be right for the person who needs it.
